Highly recommend ARK Bathrooms. From the very first time we met at the office to go over ideas right up till the end of the project they were fantastic. The office staff were fantastic and nothing was ever a problem.
Nathan and Jaiden and their teams handled the demolition through to the new bathrooms with ease. Always on time and great communication all the way through. Project ram smoothly and well on time. At the end of each day they cleaned up after themselves and then made sure we knew what was happening the following day. And at the end a quality product. Fantastic experience with Ark on our two bathrooms. The process of organising and designing the bathroom was easy, staff very helpful. They provided a schedule for works and stuck to it closely, extremely responsible to issues that arose during construction and we are delighted with the finished product. We chose Ark to do our recent bathroom and laundry renovations and are really glad we did. Everything ran smoothly from our initial contact to arrange a quote, finalising the contract through to project completion.  Ark provided a detailed schedule of when things would happen and they kept us informed of any changes.

Nathan was our project manager and he was great to deal with. He was always on top of what was happening on site and was easy to contact.

The trades who did the work were fantastic too. They confirmed  what we wanted or would provide suggestions if we were unsure of something. The site was always left clean at the end of each day.

We are sooo happy with our bathroom renovations!

After contacting multiple bathroom companies in South Brisbane and Gold Coast areas, Ark were the only group to respond promptly and had the capacity to provide a quote within a 2 week time frame. Nathan came out and gave us some ideas for our main and ensuite which were soon put into a quote.

Emily in Admin was fantastic at talking us through products, options and had great attention to detail when we changed the plans of our main bathroom.

With trades coming every week day for nearly 2 months, we were happy to greet them due to their politeness (taking shoes off at the door, asking to use the bathroom, checking in with decisions before finalising to name a few) and diligence to work.

Nathan provided seamless communication and outlined what trades and their time frame for the following day. I felt comfortable leaving the house for the team to work and lock up as needed.

Theo, Tim and Patrick the tilers were great. And cannot commend Patrick’s attention to detail and cleanliness more!

Regal Glass were great to work with and were always on time.

All the guys were great at their jobs and should be commended!

If you are renovating a bathroom I highly recommend using ARK Bathrooms.

From our frist contact with them, everyone has been professional, friendly and helpful.  The level of detail in the proposal documents and the contract made it very easy to see what we were paying for, and that they had listened to what we wanted to achieve.

They weren't the cheapest quote we received but they were a long way off being the most expensive too.  Their quote was the most comprehensive that we received and the person who came out to measure the room and find out what we wanted seemed far more professional and knowledgeable than the others.  He asked many questions and brought up a number of things we hadn't thought of.

Jaiden was the project manager assigned to our reno and I can't speak highly enough of him.  He was always easy to contact, was great at explaining each stage, and made the process far smoother then I expected.

The tradies who did the work were all great too - and cleaned up after themselves each day.  They confirmed what I wanted before each step, and made suggestions to make the room work better.

The bathroom was finished this morning and I honestly couldn't be happier.  It looks even better than I expected.
