We engaged Ark Bathrooms to do a full renovation of our ensuite & walk in robe area, plus took the opportunity to do a partial renovation of the main bathroom. Initial consultation with Cory was excellent, he listened to what we wanted to achieve and offered us some great suggestions, which  we hadn't even considered. Cory obviously knew his stuff! Follow-up consultation at their display centre with both Cory & Abbey was wonderful, no pressure with great help and suggestions selecting tiles and fittings etc.

The demolition process & subsequent renovations went very smoothly with the Ark team always showing understanding to our needs & an obvious customer focus. Huge shout out to Jye Project Leader Jye, communication was excellent, he was always responsive to our questions and messages. Nothing seemed too trivial a detail to have rectified. The results have just been amazing, they turned an tired old functionally useless ensuite & WIR into the best rooms in the house! We are both enjoying being able to use these rooms with new functionality & purpose! :)
The quality of their work is just exceptional!

ARK bathrooms were a delight to work with in renovating our bathroom from the first phone call to the final inspection. Corey was friendly and honest with his initial assessment and provided practical advice on what is feasible during the very first interaction. The design consultation with Oriana at the newly opened showroom was fabulous, and really made a difference in our final selection of fittings. All the tradesmen that turned up were professional, friendly and courteous (given they had to work around a family with two small kids) and completed the works on schedule which was a great outcome. A special shout out to our project lead Jordan who kept us informed throughout the process with frequent updates and ensured all works were completed to the highest quality and on time. Ark recently completed 2 full bathroom renovations and 1 partial renovation for me over a 2 month period. Right from the outset Nathan was  very professional and gave me confidence that I was making the right decision. Oriana was excellent in helping me design a space that captured the brief that I had given. The job was delivered on time and on budget with zero stress and clear communication. All of the trades people used by Ark  were first class  with the trades well scheduled and the  job site kept impeccably clean, a sign of a well run operation.  The finished product was exactly as I had hoped for with the final finishes and minor defects dealt with promptly and without fuss. In summary I could not recommend Nathan and the team at Ark highly enough for making the project so smooth  and delivering the  high end bathroom finish that I wanted. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Ark Bathrooms. Renovating two bathrooms at the same time felt like a huge project, but the entire team made the process easy and stress-free from start to finish.

From our initial meeting with Cory, who took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, to Oriana's beautiful design work, every detail was thoughtfully planned. Nathan, our Project Manager, was incredibly helpful, approachable, and always kept us informed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his communication throughout the renovation was excellent.

A big thank you also to the office administration team and all of the tradies. Everyone was friendly, professional, respectful, and always left the work areas clean and tidy at the end of each day.

We were especially impressed with how well the Ark Bathrooms team worked with our Building Managers, keeping them informed throughout the project and ensuring everything ran smoothly within our apartment complex.

The whole team genuinely worked with us to achieve exactly what we wanted, and the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with everyone at Ark Bathrooms.

I am now the proud owner of a bathroom transformed from an aged 1990’s “tragedy” to a beauty prepared by the Ark Team for 2020s and beyond,
The entire Ark team deserve my thanks for their professionalism and expertise in having:
a)The project commence and be completed on schedule and within allocated budget,
b)Quality staff and management who established supervision of the project and maintained open communication from start to finish,
c)Highly skilled trades people, each in their own field, who took pride in their work and for whom details and quality finish mattered. They completed the gutting and preparations of the room, plumbing, carpentry, waterproofing, painting, plastering, electrical work, tiling, caulking, installations and the final deep clean to let everything shine,
d)Planning and products to minimise the impact of their work whilst in my residence. Protective covering was placed on the timber floors and staircase and tools and rubbish were removed daily or as required.

This bathroom renovation was really excellent and I would highly recommend ARK Bathrooms to anyone considering a renovation. The whole process was seamless  right from the quote, the selection of fittings right through to the professional clean up. What I really appreciated was the detailed outline of what was going to be done and who was going to do it for the whole job. The standard of workmanship is high (even my neighbour has commented), the guys were a great bunch to have around the place, always polite and helpful and the place was kept so clean and tidy you'd hardly know renovations were going on.. We have just finished our new bathroom renovation, which included the demolition of the existing bathroom which was 20 years old. Other contractors simply wanted to replace the space with like for like, no new ideas, no vision at all. Ark came with a different approach which would create more space and light and we are thrilled we chose them. The team has been wonderful, each trade turning up as scheduled, and the quality of work has been terrific. Our family can't recommend them enough if you too want to see a quality project that exceeds your expectations come to life.
