Are you able to set up a temporary toilet and bathroom area?

If you only have one bathroom and plan to stay on-site during the renovation, we can arrange for a temporary toilet and shower rental for the duration of the project at an extra charge.

Do you offer commercial renovations

Yes, we offer commercial renovation services designed to meet the unique needs of clients.

How long does the entire renovation process typically take from beginning to end?

After the contract for your bathroom renovation is finalized and signed, we’ll coordinate with you to set a start date. Our goal is to complete the renovation within 3 to 5 weeks.

Do you specialize solely in bathroom renovations?

We are fully licensed and experienced to renovate various spaces, including bathrooms, powder rooms, laundries, kitchens, full house, and all other wet areas.

Is it necessary for someone to be home during the renovation?

We always respect your home and privacy, with security measures in place to ensure your property is well cared for during the renovation. It’s entirely up to you whether you’d like to stay and watch our team at work or go about your day. However, being nearby toward the end of the project is helpful for making any final decisions.

Do you provide the materials and accessories for the renovation, or will I need to source them myself?

The choice is yours! If you don’t have time to shop around, we can make it easier for you since we have a showroom at our physical location. You’ll find everything you need there, including high-quality accessories at trade discount prices.

By when do I need to select my accessories?

All items must be on-site before work begins to prevent any delays in completing the job and to ensure we know which products need installation. Some items may require specific setups prior to installation, so we will collaborate with you beforehand to ensure your products are ready for the renovation.

Are you covered by insurance?

Yes, we have complete insurance coverage and are fully qualified.
