Each project will begin with an in-depth phone call. Here, we’ll discuss the main issues you have with your bathroom’s design and how you wish to change and improve it. By looking at pictures of your current bathroom, we’ll gain an understanding of what the space looks like. We also set clear expectations around budget right at the beginning, to make sure both parties are in step with each other with regard to what the limits and priorities are with the renovation project.
After we’ve agreed on these details, we schedule an onsite consultation where we come to the physical location. Here, we’ll take a deeper look into the issues with the bathroom, make recommendations on how we can improve the space, and fixtures that would be a best fit. We then encourage clients to visit our showroom. Here, they’ll be able to see our vast selection of tiles, vanities, tapware, toilets, baths, showers, towel rails, and every manner of bathroom accessory you can imagine. One of our friendly team members will guide you through our showroom to make selections and work together to integrate the final bathroom design with the proposal.
