Â
By hiring us, we promise you tailored designs built to your exact needs with only the most modern building techniques. Our team will not rest until you are happy with what we have created. After all, kitchens are the heart of a home, and we wish to create a warm and happy one for your household through our expert kitchen renovation services.
No matter what kind of project we take on, we go through a specific set of steps with our clients in order to maximise transparency anout our process and the look of the final design. Here’s what you can expect:
We begin with a conversation about your home, the nature of your household, and your desires in terms of function, layout, and aesthetic for your new kitchen. This includes a kitchen assessment, so that we have a complete understanding of the physical boundaries of the space as well as the pre-existing electrical and plumbing features.
This will also be where we collaborate to work out a budget for the project for the needed materials, labour, and any unexpected costs. Don’t worry, we can help, as we’ve had many years in the business and can help you work out a budget that is kind to your bank account but also realistic to the needs of the space.
For an even more detailed expectation on what your upgraded kitchen could look like, we also encourage our clients to visit our showrooms, which have a collection of samples for our tiles and kitchen fittings to help you understand how your vision can materialise in your home.Â
From here, we improve and refine your kitchen renovation plan, including material samples and a detailed floor plan, and present it to you for your approval. Once approved, we work out a schedule for each phase of the project. You’ll have full knowledge and control over which days our team will be at your property, as well as expectations about the project completion date.Â
Our team comes to your home to prep your kitchen for renovation. There, they’ll initiate the careful task of removing the pre-existing kitchen elements, such as fixtures, benchtops, cabinetry, tiles, and even walls.Â
We then start by refitting the plumbing, electrical work, tiling, and fixtures for your new kitchen and bringing your vision to life.
Finally, we do all of the final steps, such as installing small accessories, making sure the site is thoroughly clean and ready to use. We then conduct a last quality check to make sure the plumbing and electrical wiring is all working correctly. Afterwards, we do a grand reveal and let you walk through the new space.
